    There was a rumor that the RNC was asking Mark Cuban to run as a third party against The Donald. I hate that guy. Has done really nothing but sell broadcast.com (which hadn't even got off the ground) to stupid Yahoo for a billion.

    I think chickenscratches got more butt hurt that when I looked at the ignore list, nobody had him on ignore. Like somehow he failed with his goal or something, lol Oh well, yes, hope he comes back, he's quite entertaining.

    They could use his Anonymous connections in some crypto-security areas, couldn't they? I mean, he took a bunch of friends to Pakistan too, maybe he has some information about the trip he can share?

    I originally didn't think of a BASH zone would be used as a place to pile on members it's own site, just external sites, lol. I was searching for a "public ignore list" addon, but couldn't find anything. I'll play around with it a bit once I get the WBB/GTB Ban List bugs to. #ComeBackChickenscratches

    Yes. One site provides a search if you know the person's birthdate, name, and branch, to can validate them. Not sure how accurate it is. StolenValor.com points people to the National Archives for verification, which aren't all online.     Totem posting. I don't think Howie would want the responsibility of being an escrow service anyway. He's already admitted to being the sole reason for delaying XenForo's 2.0 release, so who would want more stress piled on top of that? o_O

    I voted "No" simply because if I didn't trust a stranger that I've never met (like Daniel Hood) with "escrowing" the money in his PayPal account, why would I trust TAZ Howie who is even more of a stranger? Does Howie think his reputation is that enormous that people would blindly give him their money to hold for them for a crowdfunding project? What happens if something happened to him? How does the money get refunded, or maybe it doesn't? Luckily, we didn't have to entertain those questions. Instead of offering to be the escrow service, why wouldn't Howie completely finance the project, like Stuart from AVForums does? That seems to me to be a better solution, with the potential to make even more $$$ on future licenses, if the project is a success.

    Considering, for a moment, that you trust and support crowdfunding in general, and let's say there's an addon that you think you desperately need, that a developer will create, but only as a crowdfunded project. As Alfa1 states in this post, the Most Generous and Affable Howie offered to play the middleman in the crowdfunding of XenReviews. If TAZ (I guess, Howie, since it is his hobby) offered itself up as an escrow service for such projects, would you support it?

    I'm not sure chickenscratches really wants his own forum. I offered to let him have thevicezone without any restrictions, but maybe he wasn't quite ready for the responsibility yet. He wants a forum where visitors can't ignore him. Like those ads you can't skip on YouTube.

    I'm not disabling the ignore function. I don't think you can play the misunderstood victim very well if you get everything you ask for. :p

    It was my understanding that Mark was banned by choice also. Maybe that thread is hidden now. What about the Scrotnig userid? Is that banned?

    I had planned to remove it due to its seemingly worthlessness, but the fact that chickenscratches admits that the feature defeats his trolling effectiveness, I'll probably keep it. The needs of the many outweigh the wants of a few, or whatever they say

    The question was 'You have a forum?" And the short, correct, answer is obviously "yes". Maybe they aren't full fledged 'communities', but they are definitely 'forums'
