    After getting them and THEN researching them I found out it was a common problem that they won't warranty.

    I had a LifeProof at one time (and so did my wife) for our 6/6+... both sucked. The cover over the charge port broke on both (the tabs that secured it) and it just flopped around. Both happened after a few months of ownership and I vowed never to purchase another one.... and haven't.

    Yep, just confirmed the new ones apparently don't. The last Defender I had was for a 5 and it had a material covering over the speakers and microphone. Guess they don't guarantee water resistance for them any longer since they've removed that.

    You can.. you simply send it in to the manufacturer to get it changed.... or one of the many repair centers/shops if not worried about warranty. Those replaceable batteries are not environmentally friendly and are basically a tool of those nasty capitalist.

    That's why I'm kinda picky on my cases. The Commuter on the iPhone 7 case has open ports with nothing to block the sound. The Defender series has covers over them that tend to muffle the sound. I normally get the cases off of Amazon instead of direct from the manufacturers web site as you can save around 40%. Unluckily I don't see the Otterbox Pursuit on Amazon yet, and from the Otterbox site it's $79. :eek:

    Works for me... since I have the stainless and it has yet to get a ding on it, they sure better replace with one of like virginity. I'm leaning towards an Otterbox Pursuit case for it if I decide to keep it. But dang, they are getting proud of their stuff. Seido doesn't have anything available for purchase yet. And that is pretty normal for them - usually they aren't out until the phone is. Another favorite of mine is Spigen.

    Already got an Apple Watch (1st series) that is still doing fine (albeit probably needing a battery replacement) and got the iPad Pro when it first came out (12.9" one). I don't find a compelling need for the onboard cellular on the watch as my hearing is bad and I can barely hear the sounds off the current one.

    That one looks like the Casino...not a real big fan of it's size... bum shoulder (from abusing all those poor innocents I was forced to arrest) makes it a little harder to play the larger body guitars. And I'm actually also looking (in addition to the Casino Coupe) at the Wildkat Royale. Not crazy about the Bigsby though as it's not a "real" one. [ATTACH=full]1850._xfImport[/ATTACH]

    I can't remember what last weeks was on, but I know what next week will be. What I am finding interesting is that even the X doesn't seem to be that overwhelming in the pre-order sales status. I'm looking forward to trying it out, but may not keep it as I'm not a big fan of FaceID.

    Thinking about getting a Ephiphone Casino to go with the ES-339. The wall is looking mighty nice right now and figure I need another red one in a hollow body to go up on it. Just can't decide on the actual Casino or the Casino Coupe. Also trying to figure out if I want a stack or a combo in tube format. Got any feedback on which is better?

    Yep, surprisingly the date for delivery has only gone out to 12/06 now for any ordering on Verizon. Really shocked me that I got an 11/03 delivery date on mine. Of course now the Verizon site is apparently being hit heavy.
