It's set as the MOTD in the ACP of the chat add-on and is not a "random quote of the day" in such that there is a list it pulls from. It is simply what he has put in there, which is not a true "random quote of the day" since it required manual intervention to input. Or, in terms that can be understood by a child - WannaBe. Quote
