Hmmm... makes one wonder if his wife left him for another woman. I have seen those reactions caused by a spouse leaving for a same sex partner over the years.

 

And yes, it is becoming popular for women to smoke pipes as well as cigars. And no Gary, they don't do a Bill Clinton with the cigars.

Gary is very old fashioned. He refuses to accept that things change.

 

Thus, he stuck with Vista for years and has now tentatively moved into the 19th century with Windows 7.

Also, he doesn't grasp the fact that people now access the web on mobile devices a lot, hence he keeps telling people to "press CTRL F5" not realising they are on a mobile device.

And so it follows that as far as he's concerned, only men smoke pipes and that's the end of the matter.

Well, when you consider that a good number of women smoke cigarettes, all pipes and cigars are is another manner of tobacco consumption. Hell, being in East Texas, it was not abnormal to see the white circle on a girls hip pocket back when I was growing up.

Copenhagen classifies as snuff since it's a fairly find ground, but not as near as the old W.E. Garrett snuff is. AFAIK the Garrett snuff is still sold. I gave up that type of tobacco several years ago. I dipped from the age of 13 on and off until about 45. I decided on a Friday that I was going to quit and haven't had a dip since.

Actually their rugged wear line is really nice if you do much actual "work" when wearing jeans. They hold up really well.

Designer jeans and Levi's are for those that sit on their asses most of the day. :p

I've actually got some yard use jeans that are over 10 years old and the denim is just now wearing through.

 

Not to hurt the fact there's a well known saying amongst women in the know

Gary... even a simpleton can figure out if it's been removed due to performance issues on big boards - if a smaller board grows into a larger board and has been offering that same feature then guess what's going to happen..... duhhh... it's going to have issues also. It's not "advice on running a big board" but a comment on the reasoning behind the removal of a the feature.

At that point the only resolution is removing that feature and dealing with the bitching and moaning that will then occur from the users that liked it or trying to ramp up the hardware to support it (which at some point becomes cost ineffective).

Of course, you knowing pretty much nothing about how to actually optimize (much less administer) a server would know that - not.
