I chose these domains over the domains with "Nintendo" in them, because Nintendo is a very litigious company. In the past year, they've done nothing, but sending cease and detest letters to fan-inspired projects - anything from remasters, to remakes, to fan creations. They've done it all. In fact, they hate Nintendo communities. You almost never see a Nintendo fan site with "Nintendo" in it, and even if you do get away with it, it will just come back to bite you. You know, out to get him, taking it to higher authority, etc. I did slam Paul on his moderation skills - more about using a machete when he has scalpels to use.
