Who is Sandyman on TAZ?

I personally don't care who Sandyman is on TAZ, I just thought it would be fun to feed The Thief's paranoia :). "Sandyman" obviously has an active account on TAZ since he is able to see The Thief's signature when he takes screen shots, so my guess would be that Sandyman is possibly...

A week ago Gary said it was definitely Dave, and he knew this without any doubt, it was definitely him.

Earlier this week he said it was definitely Sheldon, and he knew this without any doubt, it was definitely him.

Today he says it's definitely Paul, and he knows this without any doubt, it is definitely him.
