Digging up an old memory I stumbled upon. this is the hilarious "ticket" Adam created to XenForo staff after he had been banned. Christ, it's from June 2014!
Ticket: ATT: Mike, Kier, and Ashley --- Abuse
Adam Howard:ATT: Mike, Kier, and Ashley
I have been a member of your community for going on over 3 years. I actually joined in October 2010, but it's been 3 years since I started really using your software.
While I do love your product and services, I do not like the stalking, harassment, threats, or abuse that I receiving as a result of being a member of your community. And today, I find that I am banned.
I'm banned because I finally spoke out about how a select few have been using your site as a portal to harass people and stalk them. And the inability of your staff to nip this in the bud.
Proof of that is you still have a forum talking about a site that was completely dedicated about talking "shit" concerning me. The post was made by SnkeayDave.
This individual has called my house, made a dedicated website all about me, follows me around on your site, PM's (private messages) people who join and tells them not to trust or listen to me, claiming I worked on his site, I never have, telling them I will trash or steal their content. So his actions are slanderous and harassing.
After be it a long term of no action by XenForo to weed out this problem, he continue and still does, to talk in most unprofessional manner, with the help and encouragement of several other members notably Mike Edge, Sheldon, and your staff member Brogan.
So for almost 3 years now I had report the personal attacks on your site, rude comments, threats, slanderous statements, and inaction conducts by your staff member, Brogan. And at some point it was even "strongly worded" that I should accept the abuse and stop reporting the hateful and unprofessional on your support site.
I have conducted business on your site, which this action has impacted directly.
I am looking for you to resolve this manner in which I, as paying customer, may continue to enjoy the many products and services, including 3rd party products and services (add-ons, styles). Minus the online harassment and bombardment by the individuals named

Paul Brogan: (Staff)You have been banned due to your own behaviour, false statements and the abusive and offensive messages you have posted on Twitter and your own site.
The ban will never be lifted.

Adam Howard:First of all, this message is directed at the owners of the company, XenForo Ltd. is registered in England and Wales with company number 07294282.
Second of all, I reported an abuse site known as xfdriveby.com managed and oppertated by SneakyDave and used by Mike Edge, Sheldon, and yoursself, Paul Brogan, who willinging and knowingly posted and continbuted to false slanderious, statements abusive and offensive messages.
Third, I was told what is posted on a 3rd party site was immaterial concerning XenForo.
So is XenForo selective on what and when it turns a blind eye? Because it appears that when its own staff is doing the abuse on a 3rd party site, it is acceptable.
I am Sir Adam Brendon Howard know this to be true to best of my ability and knowledge. I do swear and testify on record for all parties of concern this to be true and accurate.

Paul Brogan: (Staff)I am authorised to respond to tickets, which I have done so.
You are no longer welcome on our forum for the reasons stated.

Adam Howard:As you are part of the direct problem concerning the harassment, slander, abuse, and online stalking, it would be inappropriate for you alone to manage this. I therefore wish to address you supervisor.

Adam Howard:To whom it may concern, I see Paul Brogan online (only staff member online) and he is selectively removing content.

Ashley: (Staff)Hello Adam
Paul has responded but know that whenever any action is taken it is done so with consideration and discussion by all of us, as a team. Banning a member is not taken lightly and we like to avoid doing so.
So Paul's steps are supported by us and will remain in place.
It is disappointing that it has come to this.
Regards
Ashley

Adam Howard:Ashley, Mike, Kier
Please be advised that it was not so long ago that I made XenForo Ltd aware of a concerning issue regarding select members and their harassment, slanderous actions, threats, and even harassing phone calls.
I was informed at such thing that XenForo Ltd is not responsible and does not make judgement calls based upon what happens off site. While I was disappointed with reply, I understood that nature of the reasoning.
Be aware that I a few times I cited that your authorised representative, Brogan, (staff member, be he a volunteer or employee), was associated with this individuals.
I made some comments off site about some of this individuals and am being informed now, that my comments off site is now the reason I am being banned.
You cannot deny the double standard and how it would clearly appear the involvement of XenForo Ltd it would seem in condoning the reported actions, given the double standard. At this time, because you do deal with a wide customer base, for now, I am willing to assume this is an oversight and grave error on your part.
I would ask that you rectify that error.

Ashley: (Staff)Hello Adam
Thank you.
There is a long list of warnings providing plenty of chance to follow the forum rules which have been consistently ignored. A ban has been a long time coming. The abusive and offensive behaviour has left us with no choice.
For the sake of clarity, Paul had little to do with the ban. If you are the victim of harassment, you ought to consider taking it to the authorities for the matter to be dealt with.
As a licensed customer, ticket support remains available. As a forum member, the ban will stand.
As mentioned, this is not a matter taken lightly and it is regrettable that it has come to this.
This brings the matter to a close.
Regards
Ashley

Adam Howard:We do not consider this matter closed.
Our so called, "warnings" were a direct result of us having to attempt to defend ourselves against the harassment, slander, and offensive behavior that took place on an online message board on the World Wide Web of the Internet at http://xenforo.com/community which is operated by, XenForo Ltd.
Had there not be a clear and present bias, there would have been no need for us to defend ourselves against the harassment, slander, and offensive behavior, as it is in good faith, believed these individuals would have been dealt with accordingly. This bias of course is a direct result of the involvement of your representative, Paul Brogan, who given that he, himself was part of and associated with other individuals who harassed, slandered, and gave way to offensive behavior.
Notably, it was reported that a website known as xfdriveby.com was being freely promoted on your website, which encouraged and promoted harasement, slander, and offensive behavior. This was reported and was ignored.
Further the inaction of XenForo Ltd. and clear bias conducted is a direct result of having an non impartial and clear bias individual assigned in position of authority over us when addressing these matters.
Two days ago, this finally escalated to a public threat and intimidating statement by this individual (your representative) on your (XenForo Ltd) website.
In good faith, we would again like to extend the offer that you further investigate this matter and reconsider your stance on this error. So in good faith we ask that you again, consider rectify this gravis error and perhaps misjudgement, given that you, Ashley, have admitted here today that Paul Brogan was in part of the reasoning of your current decision.

Jonathan Coleman: (Staff)Hi Adam,
It is worth noting that the restrictions placed on your account were temporary, and as per previous such restrictions on your account, would have expired in due course.
However, it is following this restriction that the torrent of abuse and threats directed at XenForo and its staff began, and the decision was made to ban your account permanently.
Quite honestly you have only yourself to blame, and opening further dialogue into any actions leading up to the initial restriction is futile, as it is your own direct actions afterwards that have led to the permanent ban.
Regards
Jon
