Wasn't Trump going to prison due to some licensing issue with Truth Social that was most certainly was going to contribute to his downfall.

No, but he was threatened with a lawsuit for violating the software licensing agreement for Mastodon.... and he caved and met compliance requirements with the licensing of software rather than lose yet one more court case. Seems the last few years he's been batting really well... at losing.

 

And now he's going to prison for "Al Capone" behavior, whatever that means.

Oh, the ignorance of the Trumpty Dumpty clan... do some historical deep diving and see what ACTUALLY landed Capone in the pen... it wasn't all his other criminal behavior.. it was TAX issues.

And that's my whole point... the way the images were shotgunned from all over the internet, it's VERY unlikely whomever did the NFT related PhotoChopped images got permission. And we ALL know that Trumpty Dumpty is quick to rush to the defense if he thinks he's being slighted... so why hasn't he come forth and proclaimed that all those images were licensed?

No... the simple point is typically it's the tax crap that gets many people. Especially if they "play" with it. You appear to suffer the MAGA disease, reading what you want to understand into a simple statement that it wasn't the other crimes that got Capone... it was TAX related... and what, pray tell, is Trump currently facing a dearth of investigations over? Could it be... GASP.... taxes and avoidance of paying what was due?

 

Hell, it's ALREADY hit Trumpty Dumpty's ORG.... and got Weisselberg some time at Rikers (state tax fraud charges).

And funny.... seems that Trumpty Dumpty's taxes were NOT audited like the law requires when he was in office... in fact, nothing was done with them until a Democrat on a committee started inquiring about it. And seems there are several red flags already been found in those tax returns..

No inference there... as I said, the simple fact what gets many of those types are SEC/TAX related issues... hell, all you have to do is open any REAL news site or paper and you can see ample evidence of that currently.

The Turnip Truck Kid's biggest danger is not the committee referrals, or even the the 01/06 investigations... it's the tax ones he's facing. Like the majority of those that "have money"... he played the system... but it seems that the crows are coming home to roost since he's drawn SO much attention to himself, and when you game the system... you simply don't WANT that kind of attention.

Honestly though.. he'll probably die of a Egg McMuffin/Diet Coke heart attack before he gets his comeuppance.
