My solution was simple: Don’t say anything. Just let it hang, and go to the restroom, wipe the shit out, complete your pooping if you require. But, you can avoid the embarrassment if you just realize it, keep your mouth shut, and tell someone you need to go to the restroom if you need to, but if you don’t need to, just go. I was working in the wee morning hours, and I felt like I pooped myself, so, I went to the restroom without telling anyone. My boss called me over the walkie talkie, and I said “I’ll be there, I’m the restroom.” That’s all you really need to do.
