Paul Posted October 1, 2017 Posted October 1, 2017 How long before this murdering mother fucker gets locked up again? OJ Simpson released from jail on parole If anyone ever deserved to be beaten by the police, it's OJ Simpson. Quote

Sheldon Posted October 1, 2017 Posted October 1, 2017 He's a murderer? If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit. He was proven innocent as I recall it... Quote

SneakyDave Posted October 1, 2017 Posted October 1, 2017 Sheldon, if you think OJ was "proven innocent" then by the same token, you must believe that Steven Avery was "proven guilty"? Sheldon Posted October 1, 2017 Posted October 1, 2017 Sheldon, if you think OJ was "proven innocent" then by the same token, you must believe that Steven Avery was "proven guilty"? Correct, he was proven guilty. I think the trial was a farce, but doesn't changed the outcome. The next trial will clear him, easily. Quote

Lets retry OJ again for the murders but this time give him a public defender. I know he can't be retried for his killing of two innocent people. Quote

13511 Posted October 1, 2017 Posted October 1, 2017 He's a murderer? If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit. He was proven innocent as I recall it... Pretty sure he was found not guilty.. that doesn't necessarily mean he's innocent. Quote
13511 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Not guilty of what, exactly? Of what he was charged with and on trial for. Juries do not return findings of innocence. Quote
Sheldon Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 what he was charged with and on trial for. Which was? Quote

13511 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Now you suddenly play ignorant. Typical. No Sheldon, it's you who are playing ignorant. Either that or you suddenly can't follow the discussion. Quit trying to play games like tool/fool/whatever he is today. You specifically asked if he was a murderer, and then specifically stated he was proven innocent - and added that "if I recall correctly" - guess you really can't recall correctly.. Was not "proven" innocent. He was found not guilty - they are NOT the same thing. Now, let's add in that in the civil trial he WAS found responsible for the death of Ron Brown and his ex-wife (BTW, the jury there unanimously found him responsible). Quote
