I am one of the support reps from Namecheap that was working on this customers website. Please, don't make him think there is a problem with our hosting. It is his settings and the crappy opensource software he is using.

 

I went to my boss and said we should just cancel his account and refund his money, he was and is abusive to staff, and isn't worth the $1.00 a month he pays for our shared hosting.
