It doesn't flow up. Gravity pulls towards the center of the earth, it doesn't pull towards the south pole. The elevation at the southern end of the nile is higher than the elevation at the northern end of the river. If you weren't too lazy to look at the link @tracy perry shared you would have seen this.

I see "Show me an unedited picture of the globe earth from space" as "proof" from you nut jobs all the time, well, show me an unedited photo of the flat earth from space. With the hundreds of people behind every space launch surely at least one of them has it, and has probably leaked it. I'll wait.
