Well, I wasn't asking him to show me his stubby!

No need to "blow my own ego up"... it's fine at the size it's sitting at, thank you very much. And we all know Gary isn't working a full time job - and odds are probably not even a part time position. And friends talk about shit like that amongst each other... whereas Gary has no real friends (make believe do not count) - the same as he has no relationships other than of the paid type with females. And yes, Gary is jealous of anyone that has more than him - which means he's jealous of about 98% of the 1st world countries and 60% of the 3rd world countries populations.

And no, we aren't talking about the little tool you carry below your belly. Since you are so adamant that you are working... you should be obtaining regular check stubs. You always demand proof of others... so here is the demand to you now... Use that high dollar camera/phone you have and take some photos of your pay stub showing your name, your hours worked and the pay or hourly wage. Even if you are "self employed" there is required documentation for compensation that must be completed.. feel free to use it also, but if you are self employed your business typically must have a tax ID of some type and that is needed also to confirm that it IS a valid business and not something you made up. Time to prove up Gary.

Guess what ... folks that have made plans for retirement starting in their younger years can. :p Folks that live off the government dole can never "retire" since they've never really worked to begin with. And who says I've "stopped working". I continue to "work", but frequently it's because I want to - and I don't charge the folks that I do the work for because I don't have to since we are comfortable living on our current retirement income. That really DOES get your goat doesn't it. You've wasted most of your life and now have absolutely nothing to show for it. Others had sense to make plans for their future and can now reap the rewards of those plans they made. And it's called a layabout (which you are familiar with as you are one sluggard).. a layout is something entirely different. If you are going to attempt to insult someone, at least please make the attempt to use a word that is appropriate. And to add to that... the proof is in the pudding. Anyone viewing my "Hi" video to you from inside the Fiat can tell I'm not fat... now, you on the other hand are most likely one of those slovenly hogs that folks in the US laugh about being featured on the People of Walmart site. How about doing a video of yourself in your vehicle.

And edit #3 Gary's blow-out is starting to compare to Mt. Vesuvius's eruption.

So many edits... so little time Gary stopped off at the local baristas after getting some change from folks when he was standing on the street corner. When he walked in, he was asked what he'd like and he responded: Oh, and it's 5:30 in the evening.. way to early for a normal person to go to bed, but a cellar dweller wouldn't know what time as it's always dark in the cellar.

As I said Gary.... you are definitely the one flipping. So bad in fact you can't even get your posting to do the quotes correctly (obvious sign of frustration). And I don't keep up with who's online at Bash. I don't have access to the ACP so I can't see the IP's, and we all know you don't have the gonads to come over here under your normal user name and post here (which would show you online as a visitor in the sidebar unless you are hidden status) as the posts remain here for posterity and don't get regularly wiped like they do on your site. And if you were working during those times... as you succinctly jabbed Paul about the airport deal - your job allows you to spend time on your own site? How about posting your pay stub showing your name, the time period and hours worked.... should be easy enough to do and would prove to the others that you actually do have a job and don't live on the largesse of your Mom and the government.

Not really that hard to understand Gary. I typically use that money as MY mad money to spend on stuff I want. But since I do have a wife, sometimes I'll spend it on something for her. She has her own "mad money" account also that she could use... but it's part of being in a relationship and doing for your spouse. It's one of the ways that you keep the relationship strong and ongoing - the lack of doing this is probably one of the reasons you are divorced and my doing it (amongst other things) is why I've been married for 34 years now to the same person.
-
Nope, no "flipping" to it. As I stated, we don't live hand to mouth like you are experienced with. We actually have budgets that we use and are fiscally conservative in many aspects - like we don't eat out often since I love to cook. You know, stuff like that. What it really shows is that it does drive you bat shit crazy that folks can do that and you can't. Poor motivation put you where you are. You have no real skillsets, your use of the English language is atrocious (actually you don't use it you murder it), your interpersonal skills are sorely lacking and many times your morality shows to be reprehensible. It's no wonder you are in the state you are in. Now, what I AM flipping about is the fact that the post office hasn't made it by here yet and I'm supposed to be getting stuff delivered today that was going to be used tomorrow. And they ARE supposed to be making deliveries today as they are open.

Gary, most folks that know you don't trust your word nor your knowledge (lack thereof being the issue). And it really has no bearing as I had cancelled that 1 year subscription and forgotten I had done it. I do need to ask them why my "big money" hasn't been refunded to me yet though. I may not be able to eat for a week if they don't get me that pro-rated $9.98 back to me.

Folks wanted a more "normal" person in office that wasn't a political drone... well.. they got him. He really doesn't do anything that most others in this country do.... it's just that he's not supposed to do it because he's the president. Guess what, it's kind of refreshing to have someone in office that really doesn't give a flying fuck about what others think.

Sorry Gary... we got into that "credit card" routine early in our marriage. Got all those things paid off and decided at that time that the only "credit" cards we would have would be - none. Now we do have some Visa cards currently - but they are our debit cards, which is what we use to make purchases with. We mainly use the special account I set up that we keep pretty much empty until we need to make an online purchase and then I transfer money into it to complete said purchase. That way, if it gets "hacked" there's no money in it for them to get most of the time. Credit is for major purchases now - a house, a new vehicle but for smaller stuff it's pure cash.

once again.

And the lack of reading and the associated comprehension skills once more shown by Gary Gary, exactly where the fuck does it say I'm purchasing it... you DO know there is a difference between shopping and purchasing, correct? Try going back to night school and learn the intricacies of the English language (I know, big word, but you should be able to cut/paste it into Google to find the definition). She's got a perfectly good Nikon D-40 that we already own to learn on currently. New Nikkor lenses are being shipped in now for it (18-55mm and 55-200mm) along with new batteries. Once she has used it for a bit and decides that she DOES want to do photography we will THEN get a camera (normally that only takes a few months to figure out for most normal people). Shopping is part of "planning & budgeting". You know, that thing you do when you DO have extra money to spend. First part is planning - find what fits your need/rquirements then comes budgeting - determining how much it costs to complete the purchase of the requirements you found in the planning stage For me, I'd love to have a D-810a, but then I'd also need to get a nice Meade 12" Cassegrain to go with it. And with the current interests I have I'll postpone the astronomy/astrophotography for a a few years until I take up a new challenge for a hobby. And as stated and you acknowledged... I have an account that I keep to pay cash for those type of purchases. And honestly.. do the simple fucking math idiot. If I already have $700 in said "kitty" and I put $300 a month into it (and this IS a new month) that would indicate there is $1000 currently in it. I also have a set cash amount per month that is my "wild" money. Guess what... that adds easily up to the total you are talking about. Must really chap you that folks have more "blow" money than you make in a month huh?

I wouldn't go so far to call phpBB as "shitty"... extremely dated - yes extremely boring - yes extremely lacking - yes
-
Actually this may end up being more of a NameCheap hosting issue. I think my 1 year $9.98 shared hosting account is still active. May try a quick install of myBB and a new standalone XF site before it expires. See if they have the same issue.

Actually Gary, here in the US tomorrow is a national holiday (you know, celebrating our independence and the ass-kicking the ignorant colonials gave to them uppity limeys). So several of us probably have other things going on. Me, I had to take the Fiat to the dealership due to a CEL being on - had already diagnosed it with my Bosch hand tool to be a P-0128 code which indicates the thermostat is stuck open. So had to have them order a new one (around a 4 week delay getting them in). Then I had to go by the PO to check the box for any new mail, run by the store to get stuff for the hamburgers & hotdogs for tomorrow and then go by the music store and pay the instructor for my upcoming classes. After doing that I went out and finished mowing the yard that I didn't get to do yesterday because I had so much fun yesterday on the site. Right now I'm sitting at the Mac doing some shopping on Amazon for a new camera body for my wife in case she does decide to keep up with the photography stuff she's wanting to do. Pretty much have settled on a Nikon D7500 for her (was looking at the D7200 also).

This is one of the most redneck/hick slayings of the English language you see. Makes the poster appear to be (at most) in elementary school.... Your English lesson of the day. Use don't when using I don't We don't They don't You don't When speaking in the 3rd person singular use doesn't. He doesn't She doesn't It doesn't
-
You know very well why screenshots of what appears over there are taken... because they disappear at a moments notice to never come back. It's Gary's way of trying to prove "I never said that". If the content is gone on his site then it must never have existed.
-
It's that fixation thing he has. Even if he HAD a job he just can't leave it well enough alone. That's one of the reasons he doesn't comprehend the fact that when said I'm outta the forum biz I meant it. The MOST I would do is a simple blog, most likely hosted through WordPress at their $8 a month level.

Hey now... i've seen photos of some pretty hot female gypsies.

:p Well, with Tanya getting interested in photography, if she really takes to it there will some higher end equipment purchased for her to use. After her TBI she's had difficulty sticking with any hobby for very long so I've kind of phased back on jumping in with both feet when she starts a new one. She was going to do drawing but wanted to do it on computers... so a new iPad Pro, a new desktop and a digitizer to go with it... and that lasted about 1 1/2 months. Still have the iPad Pro and the new desktop but gave the digitizer to a family friend. If she sticks with the photography I'll grab some stuff that can be used for astro work also and then probably grab a Cassegrain in the 10"-12" range.

Yosemite is nice.. and if you haven't been to the Sequoia National Forest stop in there also. And Napa Valley and take a few winery tours. Also if you go to SF, be SURE to spend some time down around Fishermans Wharf. The cities in CA aren't my cup of tea (or most of the large ones aren't)... but there IS some pretty country out there.
-
Oh, there are plenty of things I "could" have bought... but are any of them something I'm interested in is the question. And the answer to that is ----- Most likely not. Only other things I'm kind of interested in is astrophotography and there's not really any "safe" places to do much of that any more. The Davis Mountains used to be really good (that's why the McDonald Observatory is out there) but now you get a lot of coyote traffic coming in from the south. There is not as much dark sky available as there used to be. Maybe I could have bought some custom/premium WOT tanks?

Nope, but they do have plenty of money to buy honey guitars instead of waiting on the governments cheesy handout guitars.
