Obviously a forum admin noob, he practically begs people on both platforms (maybe more?) to participate on his forum. Evidently, he's been sending messages to members asking them to join his forum, and then he starts monitoring how long they visit, when they log in, when they post, etc. FTL then reaches out to the members again if he feels slighted, and starts reading them the riot act for all that he's done for these people.
